Folding partition walls features
1. The inner core of the folding partition wall is made of steel and aluminum alloy frame, inside the sound insulation cotton, the surface of the board can be installed according to customer needs galvanized steel;
2. The folding partition walls can be stretched up and down, so that the wall has a good sound insulation;
3 Special sealing strips are made on the edges of the wall to ensure the sealing and evenness between the walls, and prevent sound wave transmission;
4. The surface of the folding partition wall can be selected according to customer requirements particleboard, fiberboard, glass magnesium board, fire board, etc., with a fire protection function;
5. Universal pulleys with omnidirectional rails allow flexible partitions to move to the best position for stacking.

Accessories details:
Track: The folding partition walls tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The folding partition walls panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Surface Finish:The folding partition walls panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
Seals: vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal drop will be 23mm.
