Specification:
Bunge movable partition walls is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.The panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails,and they have a standard thickness of 65 mm,85 mm and 100 mm,and a width up to 1230 mm.Maximum height can reach 17 meter tall.
Our movable and operable partition system accessories are custom for each client and project,and they are also made of superior material.Track system for right-angled configurations with cross- roller carriers for element weights up to 500 kg. Support rollers in the junctions guarantee easy operation when sliding the elements across intersections .

Structure details:
The Steel panels are manufactured of acoustical substrate pressure laminated to both sides of steel framing members. The finish material can be wrapped around the vertical edges of the panel to create a seamless appearance between adjacent panels (standard) or the vertical edge can be completely encapsulated and protected by a decorative aluminum trim (optional). For added durability, an optional steel skin can be laminated on top of the substrate material.
The panels are available with standard acoustical substrate or optional steel skins for added durability.
Standard brimless vertical astral provide a positive interlock with adjacent panels that prevent sound leaks while producing a minimal seamless appearance at the panel face.
With a standard STC rating of 32 45, 49, 50, and 55, offers a wide selection of sound control choices.
All panel components (top seals, bottom seals, expander closure mechanisms, etc.) are accessible from the panel perimeter and do not require removal of panel faces making panels the most serviceable panel on the market today.

Application:
Installation of one of these partitions will divide the domestic environment, physically or acoustically,
into two or more independent spaces. For example, kitchen/living room, living room/study, living/sleeping areas, playroom/bedroom, living room/gym, and double/single rooms.These systems are made up of independent elements having a convenient minimum thickness of 12 mm or 9 mm. They slide and position themselves from an overhead ceiling-mounted aluminium guide.No guide or bottom rollers are necessary. There are no limits to possible panel surface which include melamine, laminates, vinyl, fabric, wood.
Accessories details:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory – China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
