Description:
The partition wall is a good consideration of the propagation of sound waves, greatly improving the soundproofing of the partition. Partition models 65 type (65mm thick), 85 type (85mm thick), 100 type (100mm thick), ultra-high type, partition reference plane material gypsum board, fiber board, glass magnesium board, color steel plate, sound-absorbing board, A variety of panels, such as melamine panels, are available for selection. The structure and frame are made of 6063-T6 reinforced aluminum alloy.
The soundproofing performance of the partition is significant. After laboratory tests, the air sound insulation can reach up to RW=53dB. The panel material and internal soundproof materials used in the fire-proof partition are all flame-retardant materials.
Its fire safety index complies with the Chinese GB5464 standard and the G50222-95 standard. The overall fire resistance performance can reach up to 60 minutes. Internally-filled acoustic fiberglass is a lightweight, sound-insulating, and economical wall-filling material. The product uses an adhesive to cure the material to ensure its extension characteristics, effectively preventing the occurrence of falling phenomenon.
Accessories details:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100 mm thick and 1230 mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
Seals: vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal drop will be 23 mm.

1.How to select the suitable movable wall for your site?
We have 4 types of movable wall, 65 type, 85 type, 100 type and 125 ultra-high type.
You can choose the right movable wall upon the height and soundproof requirement as following.
65 type- Max height: 4000 mm,soundproof:32db to 43 db.
85 type- Max height: 6000 mm,soundproof:38db to 50 db.
100 type- Max height: 9000 mm,soundproof:42db to 55 db.
125 type- Max height: 17000 mm,soundproof:42db to 55 db.
2.What you should do on site?
A beam should built on site for track installation. The minimum distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 180 mm.
3.How to install?
We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job.We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.
4.What is lead time?
The lead time is 7 days to 10 days.
5.How to transport?
Sea transport is a common mode of transportation.In an emergency, can be air freight.
6.How do the goods packing?
Carton paper packaging,MDF batten cover all around corner.
The movable wall panel and track,fittings will be packed separately.
