Soundproof movable partition wall system is ideal for dividing and creating rooms.
The movable wall system can either be supported from the ceiling and is made up of wall panels that are connected by hinges and stored at the end of the track when opening the wall. There are sound insulation seals between the panels, ceiling and floor.

Movable partition wall structure:
The movable partition wall structure is composed of aluminum profiles, sheets of treated particleboard or MDF and insulation.
When the movable partition wall system is supported at the ceiling it runs along an adjustable aluminum upper track that is equipped with bearings inside of carriages. This enables the walls height to be adjusted by 15 mm. The carriages are installed on every second wall panel and are located at the center of the panel.
Because the wall hangs from the ceiling, it is important for the installation of the wall that the wall is attached to something solid (i.e. concrete ceiling, steel structure, wood beam etc.).
Movable partition wall track system:
For single or paired panels up to 250 kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings.Resilient mounted body for quite operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
For directional panel up to 225 kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
