Folding partition wall is a kind of sliding wall that can divide a large space into a small space. It can serve as a multi-purpose room with multiple functions.
Top hanging system without floor track. Also is seal and has good sound insulation.
Our factory can provide four series product let you have a choosing. Panel height is from finished floor to ceiling or beam. Panel width is from wall to wall.
Folding partition wall usually use in banquet hall,conference room,classroom,office and etc.
Our main structure that is aluminium frame with mdf board, inside soundproof rock wool and aluminium keen.
Surface:
Movable partition wall has three kinds surface.
First is mdf melamine,it can be more easy to clean.
Second is leather or fabric with hard cover inside aluminium frame.
Third is leather or fabric with hard cover hidden aluminium frame.
Fourth is mdf bare finish,client can paint prefer color on mdf board in local city.
Also has plywood finish,customers can paste wallpaper on it.

Track system:
Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the retractable partitions panels with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the retractable partitions,let the panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”, “T”, “＋”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
