BUNGE classroom acoustic partitions are made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.They just move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails.The classroom acoustic partitions have a standard thickness of 65mm,85mm and 100mm,and a width up to 1219mm.Maximum height can reach 17meter tall.Of course we will recommend a professional planning for you according to the height at your site.
The classroom acoustic partitions using sound-absorbing glass fiber,the fire resistance,thermal resistance and noise reduction coefficient are in line with the American ASTM standards.with top and bottom retractable mechanism in the middle,MDF,plywood or plaster base board are as base board on both sides.Also the aluminum tracks and tracks can be powder coated into different colors.

What you should do on site?
A beam(truss) should built on site for track installation.The min distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 250mm.
How to install the classroom acoustic partitions?
We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job. We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.
What is lead time?
The lead time is 15 days to 21 days.
How to transport the classroom acoustic partitions?
Sea transport is a common mode of transportation. In an emergency, can be air freight.
How do the goods packing?
Paper carton, outside with wooden box.

What is finishing face?
The bottom panel is MDF or plywood, which is unfinished face. You can do decoration on site, such as wallpaper, paint, etc.
