Design:
The operable wall series is the highest specification range of fully operable, individual-panel partition system. Acoustic insulation of up to 55db noise reduction is achieved with a combination of operable top and bottomseal, high performance multiple infills and a panel assembly design that allows an acoustic break between the frame and outer layer. The vertical channels of each panel incorporate polymer inserts that facilitate an acoustic seal when the panels are set out as a wall.
Panels are produced in three thickness, 65mm, 85m and 100mm, depending on acoustic rating(from 32db-55db).
Application:
The panel is a range of folding wall systems that incorporates two panels(each up to 900mm wide) that are hinged together to give a flush appearance when closed.
Folding walls are quick to operate and are available in a range of acoustic ratings from 30db-49db. Sound attenuation is achieved by modern manufacturing methods and the unique panel construction that consists of an aluminum frame, particle board cladding and mutiple acoustic infills.
Operation:
When the operable seals are retracted, panels glide effortlessly and quietly along the unique aluminum overhead ceiling track system (no need for floor guide). Telescopic end panels enable the wall to be locked off to complete the acoustic seal. The track and carrier system provides ease of operation and directional flexibility, allowing panel stacking in countless configurations.

A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by area, the thickness of different walls and the price of different finishes are different. Therefore, we need you to provide us detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.
3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. For the 65 series we can reach 45db, for the 80 type we can reach 48db, the 85 type can reach 50db, for the 100 type we can reach 50db.
4.Q: How to install an active partition? Is it difficult to complete?
A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.
5.Q: Do you provide sample?
A: Yes, and the sample is free, you just pay the express delivery fee is ok.
6.Q: What is your payment terms?
A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.
7. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10- 15 days.
